Miss Liverpool City Region is a
Trade Mark of Miss England and Miss World.
The current
Miss Liverpool City Region is
Charlotte Grant. Charlotte goes her stage name Charlotte Grant and
is aged 24 year old. She lives in Kirkby, Merseyside and is a young
entrepreneur, running her own Beauty Cosmetics business called:-
Charlotte Grant
Cosmetics.
Charlotte, when she was 10, was told by doctors that she would never
walk again due to nerve damage and hematoma on her spinal cord, a rare
occurrence, that caused her a significant spinal injury and morbidity
issues. Thanks to long treatment at Alder Hey Children's Hospital and
lots of determination Charlotte recovered, and after 2 years she was
able to walk again.. She now not only walks, but she also does:-
acrobatics, trampolining and running!
Sadly, her health issues meant she was left behind at School, but again
she pushed through her difficulties, achieving a Triple Distinction on
her BTEC Level 3 Applied Science course work, at College, along with
even achieving her Bronze, Silver, and Gold Duke Of Edinburgh Awards.
Charlotte was even awarded her Gold Award at St James Palace and met the
Earl of Wessex.
During lockdown she donated Ł1000 of beauty products to NHS staff as she
has huge respect for NHS after they helped her to walk again.
Charlotte is also an actress and has even appeared in TV adverts and has
had extra parts on TV, in Coronation Street!

Title
Holders of Miss Liverpool City Region...
The Miss Liverpool title was changed to Miss
Liverpool City Region in 2017. The title now covers the
full Liverpool City Region, not just Liverpool, but also
Merseyside and 2 other local authorities. The title
now incorporates the Local Authority Districts of:- Halton,
Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral. These are
the following winners..
Georgia Austin
Miss Liverpool City Region
2022/2023
Georgia Austin was 25 when she was crowned Miss
Liverpool City Region 2021. Due to Covid19, Georgia held the crown for an
extended time, due to the Covid19 Pandemic, as both Miss World and Miss
England where chanced due to restrictions internationally and nationally.
Poppy was born on Thursday, 2 May 2002. She became Miss Liverpool City
Region at a very low key event, due to Covid19 restrictions being in place
in England, on Sunday, 13 December 2020. Poppy was a former member of
the Britain’s Got Talent dance troupe, 'The Mersey Girls' and has had a long
running interest in fashion, and was chosen to be the face of Birkenhead’s
Pyramids Shopping Centre, back in 2012.
At the time of
winning Finley was from Aughton,
Maghull, in Sefton, Merseyside.
Finley is the daughter of ex Everton
footballer David Unsworth, who at the time of winning the title she managed
Everton's Under 23 side. She was aged 20 and was a volunteer with Everton in the
Community's Youth Zone scheme.
At the time of winning Abigail was a professional model and fitness
instructor, From Liverpool. At the Miss England Finals that year she became
Miss Top Model 2018. Abigail has also been doing TV work on UK shows like
Hollyoaks.

Elli Wilson
Miss Liverpool City Region 2019
Elli set an extremely high standard for the new title by winning the
Miss England's
'Billion Dollar Smile
2017 Award,' this title
included a trip to Sri Lanka for a photo shoot and also charity work.
She has since become a regular model at London Fashion Week and also
modelled at
Paris Fashion Week to name just a few
events she being Miss Liverpool City Region 2017.

Title
Holders of Miss Liverpool...
Miss
Liverpool has been running for far longer than we
have listed here, but sadly records have been lost
and we are trying to repair them. The Miss Liverpool
title was the longest running independent entry into
the Miss England competition and has produced some
amazing cares for many of those who held this title.
But did you know that it was only
since 2000 Miss England
started to enter winners of that competition as the official entries
from England into Miss World Contest?
Molly Mc Entee-Morris
Miss Liverpool 2016
Molly was the last contestant to
hold the title of Miss Liverpool and helped with the crossover
to the new title. At the time of winning Molly worked part time
n McDonalds in Bromborough, and studying at Collage. She is now
studying Nutrition and Dietetics (Bsc) at the University of
Chester.
Jennifer gained the title Miss England Beach Beauty and placed
in the Top 15 at the Miss England final.
